I’m Sepideh Alaei, a life and relationship coach.

Growing up in a very large extended family, I have always been fascinated by human behaviour. I am someone who always observed everyone around me and wondered why people behave the way they do. My whole life, I wondered what brought people together and what distanced them from each other; what made them feel loved and what caused resentment and frustration to develop between them. Most of all, I wondered how I could help others through the pain and difficulty of broken relationships.

In my career, I have worked in large international organizations fostering relationships with customers and learning to understand people’s needs to create positive working relationships. As a professional, I was also able to work with diverse cultural backgrounds and made many friends from all over the world. This allowed me to better understand the influence of culture in people’s relationships.

Over the years, I have been fortunate to support many who experienced difficult relationships and sought to repair and heal them. Personally and professionally, I have seen first hand the anger, resentment and violence that can cause us all harm, and that brings so much hurt to our lives. My work is about healing, and about supporting my clients through the endless kinds of experiences that our relationships with ourselves and others bring to our life. I have learned first hand how powerful it is to take the time to reflect and ask ourselves how our relationships are influencing our lives.

I focused my education on the powerful practice of coaching, earning my Master’s degree in Human Systems Intervention, which was an experience rich in self discovery and understanding of the many elements that influence individuals within groups, such as cultures, families, workplaces and communities. This experience changed my life and strengthened my passion for the power of coaching, which led me to complete Tony Robbins’ Strategic Intervention coaching program, which is an intensive and rigorous coaching program focusing on positive psychology and human needs psychology.

With these tools and many others in my toolkit, today I get to do what I love, which is to make a difference in people’s lives as a coach. Coaching  is my calling, and experiencing this connection with others has always been what drives me, and what gives my life joy and meaning.
